Nouvelles Citizen Relations Acquires Black Chalk Marketing
Agency expands its experiential capabilities and team with strategic acquisition
Citizen Relations, a global, award-winning, integrated creative communications agency, announced today that its successfully closed on the acquisition of Black Chalk Marketing, a well-regarded boutique experiential firm, based in Toronto.
Effective immediately, Black Chalk Marketing Founder, Kevin Wagman, will join Citizen as Managing Director, Experiential leading the function across North America. Black Chalk’s employees are now operating as Citizens, and have joined the rest of the experiential team in its Toronto office. The U.S. experiential team will become part of the North American offering and is led by Rachael George who recently joined the firm in New York.

The breadth of Black Chalk’s experience includes promotional and sponsorship marketing, trade show design and management, youth marketing activation, off-site and in-store retail activation, concert and entertainment production, conferences, and content creation and production.
