News Citoyen Optimum wins PR Daily’s 2013 social media award
Citoyen Optimum was rewarded for best use of social media in the Public Affairs category of PR Daily’s 2013 Social Media Awards for their web integrated campaign ‘‘Vote it Up’’, which was designed for the Chief Electoral Officer of Quebec (CEO) during the last provincial elections.
Citoyen Optimum is one of the few Canadian public relations agencies to have distinguished itself with this award recognizing the best digital communications and social media campaigns worldwide.
To encourage a greater number of young Quebecers to vote, part of the CEO’s 2012 campaign was youth oriented with online and social media focused strategies. On that note, it’s important to highlight that Citoyen Optimum was also rewarded for this campaign at the Prix d’excellence de la SQPRP in the Electronic and Interactive Communications 2013 category. The campaign was conducted in partnership with Cossette agency.
