News Citoyen Optimum continues its growth by welcoming three new people to its team
This spring, a wind of change is sweeping through Citoyen Optimum.The team continues to grow and is proud to welcome three new employees to its Montreal office:Allyson Gourdon Déchaux, former lifestyle editor-in-chief at Canoe hired as an account manager, Laetitia Rampazzo as an account executive, and Audrey Huot-Grondin as an intern.
An editor-in-chief makes the leap to public relations
Allyson Gourdon Déchaux has over 10 years of journalism experience.She brings Citoyen Optimum an outside perspective on public relations that will serve her well in the assignments she will oversee. Marketing communications vice president and chief of operations Katia Robillard views Allyson’s past experience as a major asset for the firm. “We can definitely build on her lifestyle journalism expertise to enhance our methods and approaches with the media.” Allyson holds a certificate in journalism and law and is currently studying for a certificate in marketing at Université Laval.
A beauty and lifestyle specialist becomes part of the team
Laetitia Rampazzo started her career in public relations and spent two years at advertising agencies before returning to her first love. She brings five years of diversified public relations agency experience, with a focus on beauty. “Laetitia’s arrival on our team strengthens our marketing communications expertise, particularly in the beauty industry,” said account director Donna Battista. “Her event management and media relations experience is definitely an asset our clients can benefit from.” Laetitia holds a bachelor’s in communications and political science and a certificate in industrial relations and communications from Université de Montréal.
New talent joins the ranks
Audrey Huot-Grondin is currently studying for a bachelor’s in public relations at Université de Québec à Montréal. She holds a diploma of college studies in journalism that has already earned her several internships over her budding career, including at Radio-Canada. She has also served as a social media community manager and been involved in Public Relations Without Borders (PRWB).
