News Citoyen Optimum Kicks Off 2018 With Two New Hires
François Vaqué joins the agency as Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications
Citoyen Optimum is pleased to announce the arrival of François Vaqué as Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications and Sophie Ouellet as Executive Assistant. Sophie will provide daily support to the executive committee, while François will be in charge of corporate affairs and development. François will also provide strategic advice to Citoyen Optimum’s clients.

François honed his skills as a strategic leader, business builder and developer over the last 20 years with such well-known companies as KPMG and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. As a professional consultant for numerous senior executives, he set himself apart through his ability to manage complex and sensitive files. François is an influencer with an impressive ability to bring different stakeholders together and create consensus thanks to his renowned negotiating skills.

François holds a Bachelor’s degree in international trade from the University of Rouen, France, a Bachelor’s in economics from Université du Québec à Montréal, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the boards of a number of organizations including Ballets Jazz de Montréal and the Quebec Games Foundation.
Sophie Ouellet has over 20 years experience in various fields, including 9 years in the Vision7 International network. She has expertise in administration, organization, and event planning. She is known for her reliability, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
