News Citoyen welcomes two new collaborators in Québec City
Citoyen is pleased to announce the arrival of Natacha Joncas Boudreau as Account Director and Valérie Chamula as Account Manager on the Québec City team.

Their in-depth knowledge of current issues will certainly be a major asset for Citoyen », says Alain Madgin, Senior Vice President.
Natacha Joncas Boudreau has over ten years of experience in Quebec politics. She has worked in several positions, including press secretary, political attaché, and health cabinet director, working on many issues such as the legalization of cannabis, updates to the Tobacco Act, and Quebec’s preventive health policy. Before joining Citoyen’s team, she held the position of Director of Communications Planning with the Quebec premier’s office.
Valérie Chamula has also been active in politics over the last three years, serving first as Press Officer for the Official Opposition before being put in charge of their press office. During these years, she was involved in a very diverse range of issues, from education and the economy to health and the environment.
Alain Madgin, who has more than 25 years of experience in public affairs, lobbying, and management, has headed the Québec City office for three years.
