News Building on talent: a Citoyen priority
There’s plenty of good news as we kick off summer at Citoyen. We’re pleased to recognize employee performance and success with two promotions and we’re taking advantage of the warm weather to strengthen our digital savvy and grow our team.
Ever since she joined Citoyen, Fanny Laurin has distinguished herself with her strategic planning expertise, innovative ideas, and knack for writing. She has become a mainstay at the agency by developing effective communication strategies, notably for Home Depot, Burnbrae Farms, Loblaws, KrowdX, the Canadian Women’s Foundation, and Recyc-Québec. Using her creativity and vast public relations experience, Fanny actively contributes to project success while always providing exceptional client service. Citoyen is grateful to be able to count on Fanny’s professionalism and attention to detail day in and day out. In recognition of her excellent work, we’re pleased to promote her to senior account manager.
“I’m very proud of Fanny’s appointment. She quickly became a vital member of the team, said senior account director France-Michèle Thomas.“Colleagues and clients appreciate her sense of ethics and excellent work. She knows how to cultivate trust and deliver projects that surpass expectations. We are very pleased to be part of her career success.”
Francesca Jacob-Thibault made a strong impression during her internship with her desire to learn, savoir-faire, and determination. She helped the team execute projects for clients as varied as the Public Health Agency of Canada, Nova Bus, the Canadian Women’s Foundation, Recyc-Quebec, and Molson. Proactive and full of energy, Francesca quickly became part of the team and built relationships with clients. Citoyen is pleased to promote Francesca to account executive and enable her advancement within the agency.
“I’m so proud to be able to once again announce great news at Citoyen,” said general manager François Vaqué. “Recognizing and promoting talent within our teams is a privilege and one of my greatest sources of pride. We also enjoy giving young graduates the opportunity to start their careers by interning with us. I’m especially happy when we can offer them full-time employment as account executives in the Citoyen crew after their internships, as we did with Francesca. Congratulations to both Fanny and Francesca!”
In other news, Sophie Fall joined Citoyen last month as a digital account manager. She has over four years of experience in communications. From public relations to marketing to social media, she stands out for her attention to detail, versatility, and calculated, well-considered risk taking. As a community management specialist, she has a wealth of experience helping clients with digital platforms and hosting communities at events like Osheaga and Illumi. Sophie will undoubtedly play a key role in growing Citoyen’s digital division. Her experience will enhance the influence of both the agency and our clients.
“Sophie Fall brings years of experience at a Quebec bank to our digital team,” said François Vaqué. “Her addition will increase the breadth and depth of our services, and create more value for our clients. Sophie, welcome to Citoyen!”
