A reference in his field, he is regularly called upon by the media to comment and analyse cases of crisis management and reputation management, an area in which his expertise is renowned.
François has honed his skills as a strategic leader, developer and builder while working for prestigious firms such as Cohn & Wolfe, Centaurus, Strategic Consulting, major law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, KPMG Canada and International, and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton over the last twenty years. Senior managers have called upon this experienced consultant for his strategic advice. He is an influencer whose recognized negotiation skills give him a strong ability to rally stakeholders and build consensus. In addition, he was a key player in the development of KPMG International’s diversity policy, which has been adopted by all affiliated offices around the world.
This seasoned leader has also served as president of a political party for Greater Montreal, as a member of the national executive committee and advisor to the party leader. François is very involved in his community and was elected to the Town Council of the Village of Senneville for the first time in 2014 and re-elected in 2017. He has been and still is a member of various boards of directors, including the Board of Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, which he chairs, as well as the Board of the Fondation des Jeux du Québec, the University Club, the Fondation du Collège International Marie de France and The Federal Idea, a centre for studies and research on federalism. This seasoned leader has also served as president of a political party for Greater Montreal, as a member of its national executive committee and as advisor to the party leader.
