Moïse Alex has a knack for meeting the profession’s latest challenges, thanks to more than eight years in strategic communications and digital marketing roles, both nationally and internationally. His extensive experience has helped him better understand the ins and outs of developing and implementing communications and public relations strategies.

His organizational skills and creativity served him well in creating effective communication tools and awareness campaigns for the United Nations, including the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). During these engagements, Moïse Alex helped create a brand identity for the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations.

Working with the audit and consulting firms Particip and Ecorys, Moïse Alex demonstrated his expertise in international relations crisis management involving European Union member and candidate states.

During his time with Bell/Nordia, he helped implement a more relationship-oriented approach to positioning residential products and services.

Moïse Alex’s altruistic spirit led him to work for the Youth Summit, in support of organizational and social acceptability initiatives that influence public policy in Quebec. Moïse Alex frequently speaks about the effects of the digital divide at conferences and other events. He is the co-founder of Observatoire du numérique en Haïti, whose mission is to prepare Haitian society for digital transformation.

Moïse Alex holds a master of arts, literature, and languages, with a focus on translation and interpretation, multilingual content localization and management stream from the University of Strasbourg in France.
